★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una de las plazas más antiguas de Ciudad Victoria se encuentra frente al Palacio de Gobierno del Estado de Tamaulipas, por eso su gran importancia, conforme al tiempo se han echo importantes modificaciones, antiguamente existía un busto de Benito Juárez, posteriormente al centro cambiaron por uno más grande junto al de Venustiano Carranza, se quitaron y los colocaron donde se encuentran actualmente pero de cuerpo entero en la parte de enfrente del Palacio de Gobierno.
 It is one of the oldest squares in Ciudad Victoria, it is located in front of the Government Palace of the State of Tamaulipas, for that reason its great importance, as time goes by, important modifications have been made, formerly there was a bust of Benito Juárez, later the center was changed to a larger one next to that of Venustiano Carranza, they were removed and placed where they currently are but full-length in front of the Government Palace.
