★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an alright place, it could be better though, the parking lot is full of vendors, people forcefully "helping" you park your car, and also very often the Guardia Nacional and other public workers just hanging out. The garbage area has a whole bunch of bums and people getting high. Like I said the place is cool and all, but the parking lot is disgusting. I was going to rate four stars but the more i think about it, its 3 for sure. Jesus, does anyone else see the obvious?
