Cuenta con una buena variedad de servicios, en lo personal voy constantemente a la imprenta Publiment, pero también cuentan con un bar, restaurante de comida italiana y otro servicio administrativo si no me equivoco. Me gusta también por el mantenimiento que le dan al jardín en común, dándole un aire relajante entre tanto asfalto de la ciudad.
