Nice place in front of the National Art Museum in the historical district of Mexico City. There are always people there selling art or making music.

It was interested see the people dancing. I am not sure if they were all indigenous or the reason for the dance but someone said it is something that is done every week and wasn't just for dia de Los Muertos. Either way it was interesting to see.

To be honest, this was just a meeting point for a tour I was going on. But it was super clean and in an open space. It was easy to spot “the horse statue” as they had mentioned to us ?

Very good museum, a little small but great on content.

It is the space in front of the beautiful Palazzo de Bellas Artes and in a forced walk in the center around this area. You can sit on the stairs to see people go by and admire the statues and the Torre Latina Americana

This space is an icon in Mexico City's downtown and a must when you are around. El Caballito, MUNAL ( Museo de Arte) and other important buildings are spots that you will amazed you. If you have enough time, the amazing MUNAL building and impressing art collections will surely please and if you have only short time, just take a look into the lobby and its Imperial marmol stairs. In the square you can enjoy the local musicians and even listen the few "cilindreros" which still exist around or buy some tradicional aircraft as souvenirs. For food options " Los Girasoles " wold be a good choice where you kind find Mexican food with international standard and flexible enough to all tastes...

Plaza Manuel Tolsá is very close to the Palacio de Bellas Artes, worth the walk on the streets that are in the outline.
