Donde cuenta con unas bellas fuentes saltarinas a nivel de piso, el arbolado muy bello con un mantenimiento por parte de las autoridades dedicado. Sus bellos jardines forman cuadros en el piso alrededor de los majestuosos árboles que dan sombra y al mismo tiempo refugio a algunas aves. Todo esto lo encontramos en el centro de nuestra ciudad para disfrutar de un espectáculo y pasó de gente visitantes de todo tipo y lugar.

Es un lugar lindo para caminar un rato, patinar, comer algún bocadillo y pasar un tiempo agradable.
