★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice una portabilidad por medio de llamada telefónica para mejorar mi plan y el día que se bloqueó el chip y voy a recoger el nuevo de movistar resulta que realizaron mal la portabilidad y no me entregaron el chip hasta dos días después y mientras me quedé incomunicado esos dos dias por la incompetencia de los asesores
