También se encuentran las oficinas del INE para realizar los trámites adoc a la dependencia como tramite de INE, reposición, cambio de domicilio, actualización etc, también hay un Starbucks en planta alta y un Gimnasio el Bronx.
Cuenta con estacionamiento amplio.
Se encuentra ubicada a unos metros de la agencia VW y a unos metros de la glorieta de la Megabandera.
