★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a cotizar el cambio de una pantalla y me dijeron que en una semana llegaba el original deje pagado la.mitad del trabajo espere la semana y nada... después de 10 dias hablé y me dijeron que otra semana más! Así que pedí que me devolvieran mi dinero y si me lo devolvieron.
Muy amables pero poca seriedad como que se les olvidó pedir el material para la reparación. Si ellos el día acordado para la reparación me hablaban y me decían que teníamos que esperar otra semana yo decía que si que esperaba... pero como no se preocupan de sus clientes pues los pierden. Por eso 2 estrellitas.
I went to quote the change of a screen and they told me that in a week the original would arrive, leave half the work paid, wait the week and nothing ... after 10 days I spoke and they told me another week! So I asked for my money back and if it was returned to me.
Very friendly but not very serious as they forgot to ask for the material for the repair. If they spoke to me on the agreed day for the repair and told me that we had to wait another week, I said yes, I was waiting ... but since they don't care about their clients, they lose them. So 2 stars.
