★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como no voy a hacer una remembranza de esta ciudad Guadalupe Victoria si es la cabecera municipal de donde nací, por aquellos tiempos era la luz del mundo y se le conocía como TAPONA mas no recuerdo el por qué de ese nombre o apodo que le dieron, a esta ciudad venían mi padre y mi abuelito a negociar el carbón que ellos hacían por allá en la sierra para poder alimentar a la familia.
As I am not going to make a remembrance of this city Guadalupe Victoria if it is the municipal seat of where I was born, at that time it was the light of the world and it was known as TAPONA but I do not remember why that name or nickname they gave it, My father and my grandfather came to this city to negotiate the coal that they made over there in the mountains to be able to feed the family.

Come visit Guadalupe Victoria, a town (City) of friendly people, simple and tasty food. Representation of the reconstruction of post-revolutionary Mexico with agrarian fighters, stories of large estates (Santa Catalina del Alamo, Mayorazgo of the Marquises of Jaral de Berrio and Hacienda de Juan Pérez). Banks, market, civic plaza, restaurants, etc.
