This place has most of everything to purchase but we are specially thankful for the security personnel. One of my daughters left her phone on a seat on the hallway. I asked security if they could show us their surveillance and next thing you know, they are showing me a picture of my kid's phone being handled to them at one of their kiosks. I believe they share that kind of info and images among them. Yay! We retrieved the phone.

A nice shopping area with all sorts of shops and activities. I would have visited more shops if the merchants weren't so aggressive. We felt as if we couldn't make eye contact with anyone. We probably would have spent more time and money there without the pushy store employees.

A must see place to appreciate the real authenticity and unique experience at this place

I loved cozamel because it was a regular city To walk through it was like going back to Tijuana when I lived in California. However you really need to watch it because I believe we were scammed one of the 1st shops we walked past the guy grabbed us pulled his mask down and said Hi don't you remember me I'm from the cruise I helped you out with blah blah and it really was wrong he wasn't with us and then of course the guy next door said my turn don't you remember me I'm from the cruise . Do not believe them Whether you think you recognize them or not There are nothing but scammers and then on top of that 1 of them took a picture of my friend's passport stating that they needed it because he was using his credit card again I think this was a terrible mistake and if I'd known you'd done that I wouldn't have allowed it I wouldn't even bought the stuff that I think was fake anyway in a regular jewelry store. They are still pulling the same scamps they were pulling when I was there with one of my late husbands for our 20th anniversary and he wanted a single gold band wedding ring and they told him that they could get it for him within an hour by the time we got home the goldHis leaf had fallen off and it was silverI knew it had to be fake. You think I'd learn then but after 35 years apparently I hadn't which was the last time I was there. So apparently they're bringing their children up to be the same way... I always used to say live and learn but apparently I haven't.

We have been to Cozumel several times but have always disembarked at the International pier. Plaza Punta Langosta was very nice. It is a good size mall of stores. Everyone was very friendly. Many great souvenirs of Cozumel are available.
