Está dedicada a quien fuera uno de los vecinos más destacados de la colonia, el escritor Renato Leduc. En la parte central se encuentra un busto del personaje.

Quisieron imprimirle un sello claramente izquierdista pues ahí se encuentran ubicados los edificios (imagino que elefantes blancos) de la Federación de Sindicatos de Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado. Evidentemente priísta. Hicieron pintar unos murales queriendo mal copiar a Diego Rivera, Orozco y demás discípulos.
