★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent plaza. It has restaurants and bars. Right next to AC HOTEL. Your hotel bar money will go 3x more of you walk over.
Plus the number and type of bars and restaurants the plaza has, makes it huge value.
It is not a high end enclosed plaza like some other ones, but it has some.of the best bars in the city.
Karaoke bar, 80s and 90s bar, current with live band bar. You name it.
Some few inexpensive food options and you are all set.
Its location right next to my hotel, made it amazing and secure. No taxi ride.
Veracruz please get uber soon!
