★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la PEOR empresa donde se puede laborar, ya seas ayudante general o ingeniero!, el sueldo es BAJISIMO!, te confunden y te ENGAÑAN en recursos humanos cuando te contratan, te dicen que el sueldo es mas alto y en realidad es mucho mas bajo de lo que te prometen, las condiciones de trabajo son precarias y las instalaciones son pésimas, por algo nunca dejan de contratar ayudantes generales y la gente que trabaja ahí de hace tiempo tiene mas de 10- 20 años laborando en esa empresa y por eso ganan mas! , todos se salen al cobrar su primer sueldo; el cual por cierto lo cobras "completo" hasta la 3er semana trabajada, EMPRESA NEFASTA.
NO RECOMENDADO SI TE QUIERES SUPERAR Y LE DAS VALOR A TU FUERZA DE TRABAJO. mucho ojo al firmar el "contrato"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los sueldos son muy bajos. Cuando entras a trabajar te dan tu torta y un refresco para que no salgas. Al firmar contrato de trabajo te hacen firmar una hoja en blanco. Es totalmente ilegal su forma de trabajar, por eso tienen vacantes continuamente. No es nada recomendable laborar ahi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar donde fabrican popotes, cubiertos de plástico y otros artículos de grado alimenticio. Muy mal lugar para trabajar si buscas un empleo serio. Te hacen firmar tu renuncia incluso antes de firmar el contrato temporal que dura entre 3 y 12 meses así lo manejó rh conmigo al menos. No me parece que quieran a alguien demasiado tiempo y el director es caprichoso. Sus sistemas son bastante viejos y su estrategia es seguir así, seguramente hasta que tengan un problema que hasta pare la producción. Cosas buenas: bono fijo, aguinaldo superior a ley.
