★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 4 meses y siempre me han tratado super bien , en recepción me ayudan mucho con temas de seguro y se agradece, adentro de la hemo todos son super amables y hacen todo lo posible para el tiempo que estamos sea ameno... el plan que tengo es super integral e incluye asesoría nutricional y psicológica. recomendable 100%. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones
I have been there for 4 months and they have always treated me super well, at the reception they help me a lot with insurance issues and it is appreciated, inside the hemo everyone is super friendly and does everything possible for the time we are, is pleasant ... the plan that I have is super comprehensive and includes nutritional and psychological counseling. 100% recommended. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empezó muy bien pero a decaído el servicio y no por los asistentes enfermeros lo único rescatable una tal Laura la gerente cada vez más mal la asistencia. En lugar que nos apoyen y uno se sienta cómodo al ir se siente que si nos hacen un favor por poco hacen que mi esposa le pase algo mas grave. Ya esta decayendo y los dueños nunca hacen nada de ver por los pacientes esto es a mi opinión
It started very well but the service declined and not because of the nursing assistants, the only thing that could be rescued was a certain Laura, the manager, the assistance increasingly bad. Un área de mejora más comunicación con sus pacientes y familiares, falta dar seguimiento a áreas complementarias como nutrición y psicología.
Asi como mayor atención en los procesos durante tratamiento de hemodialisis y evitar situaciones que comprometan al paciente.
The nursing service is good, The facilities are always clean, The reception service is good.
An area of improvement plus communication with their patients and families, there is a lack of follow-up to complementary areas such as nutrition and psychology.
As well as greater attention in the processes during hemodialysis treatment and avoid situations that compromise the patient.

La persona de recepción tiene poca empatía y calidez humana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here is wonderful. The staff is friendly and very accommodating with insurance premiums. Doctors here worry about getting you treated, but most importantly getting you ready for your transplant. Dr. Milagros is very friendly and the receptionist here are kind enough to remind you about appointments. Overall a great experience. Place is a little pricy but you get what you pay for, excellent service, a clean place, comfortable area, and very friendly staff and newer equipment. If these are the qualities you’re looking for and you’re insured, or can cover above normal prices for above normal experiences this is the place for you. Very premium.
