They are attentive if they do not have the product you are looking for in any of their branches. They guide you in which other stores outside of theirs you can find them. Few words are not selfish.

Compre una bomba de achique que no funciono y no me quisieron aplicar la garantía, se sacan de la manga todo lo necesario para no darte ni el cambio ni tu garantía. Desde que llegas la atención de las vendedoras es chocante al igual para resoluciones de atención al cliente. Si van a comprar equipos eléctricos de albercas. Prueben los equipos antes de que salgan de tienda, ya que se deslindan de cualquier eventualidad. Igual si te pasa lo mismo que a mi hablando a profeco te ayudan, ya que tienen varias quejas pendientes
Watch out for the pool pump shop !!! ? sell used equipment as if it were new. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped here a lot as a homeowner in Bucerias. The staff is helpful and patient. It does help to know what you need and the Spanish name for the part or at least a picture if you are not conversant in Spanish. They have a pretty good inventory and between them and the pool supply store that is right next door they pretty much have you covered.
