★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero, les hablé para que fueran a mi casa a abrirme la puerta, me iban a ir hasta dos horas después. En otra ocasión fui a sacar copias de mis llaves de 4 copias que pedí solo una sirvió. Hasta ahora he ido 3 veces más y aún no arreglan mis copias de las llaves. Malisimo servicio

Demostraron mucha ética porque no intentaron sobredimensionar los problemas que encontraron para cobrar más, al contrario de inmediato identificaron el problema, lo resolvieron y complementaron con recomendaciones de mantenimiento preventivo que evitara otros problemas.
Precio justo (no barato, tampoco caro).
Con seguridad la próxima vez que tenga alguna necesidad de plomería o cerrajería no dudaré en contratarlos.

Yesterday I had troubles getting into my apartment, at first it was because one of my friends turned the screw on my bar-type lock, so Simon came over and used some pliers to turn the key. It worked fine, and all was well.
Then, my friend mistakenly locked the same lock, so we called Simon again to come and open the door, because the key simply wouldn't turn. He tried again with the pliers, turning and turning and turning until the key finally was ruined. We needed to get in the apartment, so Simon tried breaking the window and chipping out some of the screws with a screwdriver from the outside, until we gave up as it was pretty late. We agreed to try again the next day.
The next day my neighbor suggested we call another locksmith (Farolito Magico - highly recommended) - the guy came over and within 15 seconds had used a special tool to open the ruined lock.
Long story short, if you are looking for a locksmith that ACTUALLY knows what he's doing, go somewhere else.
