BECAUSE THEY THEMSELVES TOLD ME I WILL SEND THEM A PHOTO AND THEY DID NOT ANSWER AGAIN, THEY MADE ME LOSE A DAY AND A HALF AND IT WAS A GAS LEAK OR IT WAS URGENT.-THEY DID NOT HAVE THE EDUCATION TO ANSWER. ONLY THUS IS IT UNDERSTOOD THAT THEY ARE SO IRRESPONSIBLE.
