★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí repuestos de dos plumas y tiraron los repuestos que ya tenían mis plumas cuando estos eran nuevos. Les pedí que las regresaran y me dijeron que ya las habían tirado y que si quería, que yo podía sacarlos de la basura. Pésimo servicio y CA RI SI MO
I asked for two-pen refills and they threw away the refills that my pens already had when they were new. I asked them to return them and they told me that they had already thrown them away and that if I wanted to, I could take them out of the trash. Terrible service and CA RI SI MO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien, a secas pero no manejan marcas como Pilot o Sailor, estoy un poco decepcionado por ello ya que son excelentes plumas que no le piden nada a las marcas europeas o americanas. Una Pilot Custom 823, una Sailor KOP o una sailor 1911 Naginata Togi compiten de tú a tú con las mejores MB o Pelikan. En fin... bien para los que están acostumbrados a las marcas de toda la vida, para los usuarios más específicos como es mi caso habrá que buscar otras opciones o seguir con las compras en línea.
