★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, dicen en su página que no te debes preocupar de nada pero ni un uso de suelo saben sacar. Mandar al arrendatario a Seduvi a sacar el uso de suelo de SUS CLIENTES los arrendadores es cero profesional, contratos mal redactados y sus abogados tampoco saben en qué casos se necesitan licencias y qué casos no.
Terrible service, they say on their page that you shouldn't worry about anything but they don't even know how to get a use of land. Sending the tenant to Seduvi to get the land use of THEIR CLIENTS the landlords is unprofessional, poorly drafted contracts and their lawyers also do not know in which cases licenses are needed and which cases are not.
