★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para trabajar, mucho favoritismo, los beneficios y aumentos solo son para las mismas personas.
Cuentan con certificaciones de mejora de ambiente laboral QUE NO APLICAN, los jefes solo se la pasan humillando a los demás, se refieren a sus colaboradores con groserías.
La gente que pone comentarios positivos aquí es la que tiene años laborando ahí gracias a que se ponen como tapete. Los lideres que valen la pena se han marchado precisamente porque no se les permite hacer mejoras ni cambiar el ambiente laboral.
Los despiden diciéndoles que les van actualizar equipo de cómputo o con el pretexto de otra actividad, y de pronto cuando llegan ya está el abogado. Cuando los despiden olvídense de que les devuelvan sus cosas personales, porque no te permiten ir a recogerlas, las recogen ellos y se las quedan.
De las utilidades nunca ves nada en años, pero ahora en pandemia la dueña las uso para comprar vacunas, que solo les puso a unos cuantos. Osea que si hay utilidades pero obviamente no las da a los empleados.
Terrible place to work, lots of favoritism, benefits and raises only go to the same people.
They have certifications for the improvement of the work environment THAT DO NOT APPLY, the bosses only spend it humiliating others, they refer to their collaborators with rudeness.
The people who put positive comments here are the ones who have been working there for years thanks to the fact that they put themselves as a rug. Worthwhile leaders have left precisely because they are not allowed to make improvements or change the work environment.
They are fired telling them that they are going to update computer equipment or under the pretext of another activity, and suddenly when they arrive the lawyer is already there. When they get fired, forget about giving them their personal belongings, because they won't let you pick them up, they pick them up and keep them.
You never see anything of the profits in years, but now in a pandemic the owner used them to buy vaccines, which she only gave to a few. So if there are profits but obviously it does not give them to the employees.
