★ ★ ★ ★ ★ empresa sin seriedad alguna. Me han cambiado 5 veces la fecha de entrega d mi mueble y aún no lo recibo. Cuando he llamado para averiguar qué pasa, la recepcionista muy grosera y descortés solo se limita a decir que no tiene información y que llame nuevamente otro día. Le pedí hablar con el gerente de ventas o de la tienda para quejarme de su grosera actitud, pero casualmente no se encontraban o no podían tomarme la llamada.
Después recibí una llamada del gerente, en que se disculpó por el retraso y me daba la razón por estar molesto, lo que no me dio fue una fecha de entrega.
¿De qué me sirve que me de la razon? No estoy molesto, únicamente estoy frustrado y decepcionado porque r su pésimo servicio y por sus mentiras y estoy sumamente arrepentido de haber comprado en esta empresa. No hay seriedad, compromiso y su atención al cliente es FUNESTA.

Company without any seriousness. I have changed the delivery date of my furniture 5 times and I still do not receive it. When I called to find out what happens, the very rude and impolite receptionist just says she has no information and calls again another day. I asked him to speak with the sales or store manager to complain about his rude attitude, but coincidentally they were not or could not take the call.
Then I received a call from the manager, in which he apologized for the delay and gave me the reason for being upset, what he did not give me was a delivery date.
What is the use of giving me reason? I am not upset, I am only frustrated and disappointed because r his lousy service and his lies and I am very sorry to have bought in this company. There is no seriousness, commitment and your customer service is FUNESTA.
Terrible experience !!!
