★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desarrollo corrupto SIN AUTORIZACION DE SEMADET O SEMARNAT ya que no cuentan con una manifestación de impacto ambiental, en contubernio con autoridades municipales siguen operando y vendiendo AIRE ya que actualmente están CLAUSURADOS.
No compren problemas, este desarrollo va en contra del Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial por lo tanto es ILEGAL.
Corrupt development WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM SEMADET OR SEMARNAT since they do not have an environmental impact statement, in collusion with municipal authorities they continue to operate and sell AIR since they are currently CLOSED.
Do not buy problems, this development goes against the Land Use Plan therefore it is ILLEGAL.
