Until today, I was able to collect my disabilities from the HSBC bank.
I carried three out of five. The first thing the cashier did was ask me if I was going to be collecting more disabilities, I told her I didn't know.
The V4 cashier at the Año de Juarez branch, Iztapalapa Mayor's Office was checking one by one and told me that due to the high amount ($ 9,000 pesos) she could not give me cash that I had to open a debit account so that they could be deposited there.
You believe that you really cannot deliver $ 9,000 pesos. Oh my God!!!
Obviously I told him that I did not agree because the disabilities are paid in cash, I told him then to give me a cashier's check in my name. They did not want to because they say that they only issue them above $ 10,000 pesos. Okay it's their policy.
But I do NOT agree that they force us to open an account to manage our resources.
As he could not get me to agree, he went to the Manager, and obviously he came back and told me that they were going to pay me in cash.
Don't be put off, they are abusive.
