Excelente servicio, cambie la pantalla de mi telefono aqui y me quedo super bien. No fue muy barata pero no he tenido nigun problema con ella desde entomces.
Excellent service, I changed the screen of my phone here and it's super good. It wasn't very cheap but I haven't had any problems with it since.

Me hicieron una “limpieza” interna de unos monitores gaming y cuando llegue a mi casa me di cuenta que me la dejaron exactamente como estaba. Pésimo servicio. Desde el principio pregunté si me los podrían limpiar por dentro y me aseguraron 100% que si. Una faltande respeto

Lleve mi pc aqui porque pense que seria un buen sitio por el problema de que no encendia luego de 3 dias me dieron el diagnóstico de que mi placa madre estaba fallando y que seria de $4400 no se si me vieron cara de que no sabia acerca de esto pero era muy caro por arreglar una tarjeta madre pues obvio compre una nueva y se la instale y su "supuesto" diagnóstico pues fallo porque no fue la placa madre no se aun la causa del problema pero ellos me dijeron que era la placa madre imaginen que acepto el arreglo de la placa madre para que al final ni estuviera fallando, pesimo servicio la verdadb

perdí mi dinero y mi tiempo. mi laptop no prende y al llevarla por primera vez hace más de dos meses a la fecha de hoy me diagnosticaron algo y me dijeron que requería cambio de ventilador (ademas yo pensaba que el servicio de reparación empezó una vez lo aprobé por correo y yo marqué una semana después de eso para preguntar el estado de mi laptop y me respondieron que empezaban a trabajar en ella una vez se hacía un depositó o un anticipo del precio del servicio a lo cual yo les dije que nunca se me había dicho eso) y pues pague por el servicio y al final termino con la misma falla dos dias después de que me regresaron la laptop y se excusaron diciendo que lo que le hicieron fue por una posibilidad de que eso causará el fallo. mi equipo paso en su local muchas semanas y a duras penas se comunicaban conmigo y si me quejaba decían respuestas muy ambiguas cuando yo pensé que ellos eran los expertos. luego para variar al ir por mi laptop como por 4ta vez al lugar me dieron un cargador que no es mío y que aparte es más corto y al avisarles por whatsapp me dejaron en leído!!. una decepción, me dejé llevar por las supuestas buenas reseñas en internet y la fama del lugar la primera vez que acudí y confié en ese lugar, una falta de comunicación y profesionalismo enorme, actitudes que no parecen cambiar a pesar de las varias respuestas por parte de pocachi a reseñas hechas por aquí que se quejaban de cosas muy similares antes que yo prometiendo que iban a tratar de mejorar.
I wasted my money and my time. my laptop does not turn on and when I took it for the first time more than two months ago to today's date they diagnosed me with something and told me that I needed to change the fan (also I thought that the repair service started once I approved it by mail and I marked a week after that to ask the status of my laptop and they told me that they would start working on it once a deposit was made or an advance of the price of the service to which I told them that I had never been told that) and well I paid for the service and in the end I end up with the same fault two days after they returned the laptop to me and they apologized saying that what they did to it was because of a possibility that it will cause the fault. My team spent many weeks at their premises and they hardly communicated with me and if I complained they gave very ambiguous answers when I thought they were the experts. Then, for a change, when I went to get my laptop for about the 4th time, they gave me a charger that is not mine and that apart from that is shorter, and when I notified them by whatsapp, they left me on read!!. a disappointment, I got carried away by the supposed good reviews on the internet and the fame of the place the first time I went and trusted that place, a huge lack of communication and professionalism, attitudes that do not seem to change despite the various responses on the part frompocachi to reviews made here that complained about very similar things before me, promising that they would try to improve.

Excelente servicio! Mi iPhone se quedaba en la manzanita, intente repararlo sola y lo empeore ? jaja se los lleve con la esperanza de que me lo pudieran rescatar y así fue ? siempre me sacan del apuro y me dan la confianza porque saben muy bien lo que hacen! Súper recomendado.

Fui por cambio de batería, me la cambiaron en 2 horas y de pasada me la limpiaron también. Súper buen trato y muy buen trabajo!
