★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando hablé para pedir información por una uña enterrada, me comentaron que el servicio incluía exfoliacion, masaje y demás cosas. Lo normal en el podologo. Cuando fui el proceso fue largo un doloroso porque iba realmente mal. Tanto que se me olvidó el servio que me ofrecieron por teléfono. El lunes siguiente hablé para volver a preguntar qué incluía el servicio si iba por una uña enterrada y me volvieron a en listar lo que incluía, le comenté a la señorita que el día sábado fui y no me hicieron ninguno de esos servicios. Habló con otra persona y cambió su versión diciendo que sólo sacaban la uña encarnada y el servicio podologico se cobraba aparte. Cuando anteriormente me dijeron dos veces lo contrario. Publicidad falsa y engañosa. Ojo aquí.
Ps: no es que la información telefónica no fuera clara, es que dicen una cosa por teléfono y relsuta ser otra. No capacitan adecuadamente a quienes dan la información, o la dan mal a propósito para atraer clientes prometiendo un servicio completo cuando NO es así.

Ps: It is not that the telephone information was not clear, it is that they say one thing on the phone and it turns out to be another. They do not adequately train those who give the information, or they give it badly on purpose to attract clients by promising a complete service when it is NOT.
