★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando llama para hacer cita y no hay lugar pienso que lo hacen de esa manera porque valoran el tiempo del cliente pero no hice una cita y al llegar nunca me dijeron que había faltado un empleado y no me iban a atender hasta media hora después, me parece una falta de respeto terrible y en esta situación creo que deberían notificar a las citas de ese día por teléfono, para mucha gente media hora no es nada pero para mi significa una sanción en mi trabajo. Me dijeron que esperara 5 minutos para que terminaran y también fue una completa mentira. No volveré nunca.
When I call to make an appointment and there is no place, I think they do it that way because they value the client's time, but I did not make an appointment and when I arrived they never told me that an employee had been absent and they would not attend me until half an hour later, I It seems a terrible disrespect and in this situation I think they should notify the appointments of that day by phone, for many people half an hour is nothing but for me it means a sanction at work. They told me to wait 5 minutes for them to finish and that was also a complete lie. I will never go back.
