After being a client for more than 10 years, I decide to say enough, in particular to Mrs. Verónica, who apparently is the owner of the place whom her employees call Doctor, who in my opinion lacks a lot to be able to carry that title, about 10 years ago days I required her services, said lady attended me, as always they treated me with their archaic and painful procedures which seems absurd to me since the year 2019 has to be painful, but anyway, she attended me and told me that if I had any discomfort, I would return (On that occasion, Ms. Verónica was in a good mood) clarified this since she is a fickle person with a changeable mood. Yesterday I had the need to return due to discomfort in the same finger that treated me and was in a bad mood and with a tone of disbelief and irony he told me that he had nothing and that practically my ailment was my invention or that he was crazy, he refused to take care of me and to make the deeper cut as they had previously done it to me since it constantly returned before the week for the same reason since from the first time they do not make me the correct cut or the one I need and I have the need to return, if I I return is not for pleasure, I think that nobody likes to suffer, pain and see your fingers bleed. I feel disappointed and if I write this it is to show my feelings and so that the next clients know that really in that clinic and in particular that woman do not see you as a patient but as a client and that she will not believe you when you let her know your feelings. Perhaps this business and she does not mind losing a client, I am totally one more, but honestly I feel very disappointed since as I comment it is more than 10 years of having been part of her patients or good clients, I think I would not deserve attention So. Lucky future clients.

I went 2 times for ingrown toenails and came out with the same ingrown ones plus an extra one. Yesterday I had one more vote of confidence and the same, I went for 1 problem and I came out with 2 problems.

I went for a buried nail ... but they lack more tact with the client since when treating my discomfort the procedure was very painful ... I think that with a good anesthesia it could be avoided.

I took my 10-year-old niece for a buried nail, I asked the lady who treated me if she used anesthesia, obviously it is a girl, and my niece came out crying and screaming, by the way she attended to us with a face, I told her that I had asked that he was going to pay it. the nail problem came back later. I WILL NOT STOP THERE AGAIN.

I recommend this place, excellent service from Dr. Vero, she really knows how to do her job, she has a very kind treatment with her patients, they have great hygiene with the tools they use and the cubicles where they treat you 100% recommended so that their feet can be taken care of.

For about 30 years I have been treating myself with Vero, and I call her this way because of the great affection I have for her, she is a great woman but above all a professional of the service she provides, the neatness that is in the store is striking , the instruments perfectly sterilized, the attention of the staff is excellent and widely recommended, each service provided is so personalized that it is a pleasure to return. Excellent care for more than 10 years, Dr. Vero carries out her work with professionalism and hygiene, in the pandemic she increased sanitary measures to avoid any risk of contagion.
