★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente tuve una muy mala experiencia con la Dr. Monserrat. No permitió que me hiciera efecto la anestesia, por más que le dije que me dolía bastante la uña, no le importó. Es la experiencia más dolorosa que he tenido. Muy mal el servicio con ella.

El día de hoy me citaron a as 9:30 a. m. y no habían abierto, me atendieron hasta las 10:00 a.m., posteriormente me dirigí hacia la recepcionista y le comente que si me hacia el descuento de INAPAM y me dijo que si me lo hacía, pero no me cobro al momento hasta que saliera, pero muy hábilmente tienen todo planeado para que al salir, a recepcionista saliera con su babosada de que no me hacian descuento por el servicio que me habian dado, y se aprecia en anuncio por internet y en la recepción que tienes derecho a un descuento y no me o hicieron valer, o que dicen en sus anuncios no lo respetan y los voy a denunciar; además, de que el personal que mencionan, como excelente podólogos no existen, o según ellos no esta al momento o anda en otras sucursales. Deben saber que un podólogo no es médico y no tienen e permiso para infiltrar anestesia, pero te hacen llenar unas hojas de deslindar responsabilidad, con a firma posterior me imagino de medico que existe en este centro de salud, abusivos y mentirosos.
