★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El software es muy funcional y son muy atentos pero cuando tienes un problema de soporte queda mucho que desear, ya que te levantan un ticket pero te piden esperar cuando tenemos que operar para vender. Lo recomiendo pero el soporte técnico es muy deficiente en cuando a tiempo de atención, una vez que te atienden lo resuelven, pero los tiempos de espera son pésimos. Aunado a que siempre tengo que recurrir a mi asesor de ventas para un soporte ya que en su conmutador nunca contestan.
 The software is very functional and they are very attentive, but when you have a support problem, there is much to be desired, since they raise a ticket for you but ask you to wait when we have to operate to sell. I recommend it but the technical support is very poor in terms of attention time, once they attend to you they solve it, but the waiting times are terrible. In addition to the fact that I always have to turn to my sales advisor for support since they never answer on their switch.
