★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía rato sin visitar Hoku. En servicio excelente, el lugar siempre limpio, y nunca les hace falta ningún ingrediente. Note que cambiaron los noodles de pepino, antes eran mas como espiropapa, y ahora son tiritas, lo que les quita ser crujiente. Siempre pedi de atún, pero esta vez lo noté todavía un poco congelado y elegi surimi, lo que estuvo excelente. El espacio esta bien para muchas personas, hay mesas amplias, incluso para una junta rápida si tienes que llevar tu compu.
I had not visited Hoku for a while. In excellent service, the place always clean, and you never need any ingredient. Note that they changed the noodles of cucumber, before they were more like spiropapa, and now they are strips, which removes them from being crunchy. I always ordered tuna, but this time I noticed it was still a little frozen and I chose surimi, which was excellent. The space is fine for many people, there are ample tables, even for a quick meeting if you have to carry your computer.

La atención era mejor antes, ahora es regular tirando a mala.
También eran más rápido antes, ahora son lentos, tienen mucha fila, etc.
Para el precio, la anterior debería ser mejor.
En fin, se ha deteriorado bastante. No me imagino tener un restaurante en buena zona, invertirle a la imagen, marketing, etc, para que la final los empleados dañen la experiencia.

Por Rappi costaba 240 (se entiende por la comisión que cobra Rappi). Sin embargo ahora de 240 se lo subieron a 280. Precio demasiado elevado para lo que es. Así que perdieron un cliente. Los voy a extrañar de todas formas, sí era muy rico.
Deli buuuut too expensive. They raised the price of their home delivery products again. To give you an idea; In a branch, a medium poke cost 200. For Rappi it cost 240 (it is understood by the commission that Rappi charges). However, now from 240 they raised it to 280. Price too high for what it is. So they lost a customer. I'm going to miss them anyway, yes he was very rich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron mucho en darnos la orden y encima de eso nos la dieron mal. Nulo conocimiento del menú, ya estaban limpiando y todavía faltaba una hora para que cerraran, por lo que no tuve ni oportunidad para ver los ingredientes en exhibición. Muy poco flexibles y además el arroz frito está muy caro. En general bajaron MUCHO su calidad tanto de ingredientes como de servicio.
They took a long time to give us the order and on top of that they gave it to us wrong. No knowledge of the menu, they were already cleaning up and it was still an hour before closing so I didn't get a chance to see the ingredients on display. Very little flexible and also the fried rice is very expensive. In general, the quality of both ingredients and service went down A LOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw this concept first time in Hawaii last year when in vacation and glad to discover it near my apartment here in Monterrey. Fresh ingredients, smiling service and very tasty variations. You can build your own bowl based on your preference. Great and tasty replacement for fast food. Definitely something else in town than pizza, burgers and steaks :)
