★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. Lamentable para la marca POLARIS que exista este tipo de agencias y que no haya otra opción en Puerto Vallarta. El personal de taller es increíblemente incompetente.
Terrible customer service. Unfortunately for the POLARIS brand that there are such agencies and that there is no other option in Puerto Vallarta. The shop staff is incredibly incompetent.

Helped me and my husband figure out what we really needed on our new razor pro and what we could do without. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market for atv/utv and/or accessories. A. Ramos knows his stuff... Ask for him when you go and you will be in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not have these people do anything. I was trying to get a service appointment. They took my name and phone number and I never heard back from them. I tried calling 2 other times at 11 am on a Wednesday and nobody answers the phone. Months before I took my RZR in for service and charged me for something completely unrelated that was not broken and never fixed what I brought it in for. I spent $25000. With these moneys, I will do my own service from now on
