★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con los horarios de entrega. No tienen absolutamente nada de tacto para hablar con los clientes cuando les llamas para que te den razón de tu pedido. Te dicen que no saben a qué hora te va llegar por qué cada chófer hace la ruta que quiere y resulta que no tienen manera de rastrear sus unidades o su choferes para preguntarles. Habían quedado de llegar en la mañana. Y responden que no saben "ahí te llegará en el día". Se compró más de 100 mil pesos en acero y no te pueden dar por lo menos una respuesta decente. Última vez que compro en este establecimiento.
