3. Lentitud asta para caminar
4. SĂłlo saben hacer retenes y pedir mordidas
5. Hacer grupos en diferentes puntos de la ciudad para platicar....!
6. Etc. Etc y la lista sigue y sigue ineptitud e ineficiencia al maximo!
