★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay estacionamiento, el lugar simpre lleno. No se respeta la sana distancia entre colaboradores, y mucho menos entre personas que van a hacer trámites dentro de las oficinas . Afuera está mejor el espacio abierto, pero aún así fuimos hasta el fondo para no estar entre la gente aglomerada.
 There is no parking, the place is always full. The healthy distance between collaborators is not respected, and much less between people who are going to carry out procedures within the offices. Outside the open space is better, but even so we went to the bottom so as not to be among the crowded people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En plena entrada te atienden súper bien, zona de caja súper excelente pero lo que viene siendo ventanillas para cualquier servicio te tratan súper mal, no te quieren atender, te hablan mal súper cortantes y no te proporcionan TODA LA INFORMACIÓN Y TE LA DICEN RÁPIDO... y se molestan si les dices disculpa? No te escuché o algo así... ya van dos veces que voy y te tienes que poner muy abusada en todo por lo mismo que no te dan mucha información al respecto de tu trámite que vayas a realizar. ABUSADOS revisen los DEPARTAMENTOS, trabajan como cada uno de NOSOTROS.
In the middle of the entrance they serve you super well, super excellent cashier area but what has been windows for any service they treat you super bad, they do not want to serve you, they speak badly to you super sharp and they do not provide you with ALL THE INFORMATION AND THEY TELL YOU IT QUICKLY. .. and they get upset if you say sorry? I did not listen to you or something like that ... I have been going twice now and you have to get very abused in everything for the same reason that they do not give you much information about your procedure that you are going to carry out. ABUSED check the DEPARTMENTS, they work like each one of US.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extorted for money by a Mexican police officer on a motorcycle for 300 pesos pulled me over for "seatbelt infraction" on the kulkucan Blvd on 11/10/2016, welcome to Mexico I guess...... nice way to treat your tourists which are the life blood of Cancun.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Sunday, February 9, 2020 at 8:30pm along the Cancun Public Beach area, the office in this photo and his corrupt partner attempted to cohese cash from us by threatening to take our drivers licenses. Ruined our experience in Cancun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when you come over here. The cops over here will rob you. Flagged me down for speeding which was untrue. Threaten to take me to the Mexican jail and make me pay 8000 pesos. But if I paid him 300 USD he would let me go. Very crooked cops over there, especially the ones by the airport (where I was flagged over). They know you have to catch your flight so they will use that as leverage to extort money from you. Stick with a shuttle or taxi from your resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CORRUPT! Got pulled over in a 70km/h zone going 70km/h and the cop told me it was a 30km/h zone which was untrue. After arguing he told me he was going to write me a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt as well which was also untrue. He demanded I pay him 100USD to get my licence back which I ended up doing as I had no other choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is a picture of the officer that extorted tourists. Sorry for the bad quality. It was taken from a video, I was recording up until he asked my wife if I was recording. Thankfully, I was able to quickly shut down the phone and show him I "wasn't recording".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE, CORRUPT people. These people are evil and manipulative. They will demand money and threaten you by taking you license away. We had no cash left and the police still wanted all the money we had left in my wallet. These people are crooks. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
