muy ineficientes, groseros y... YA DIJE INEFICIENTES?? mas de 1 hra para una simple renovacion de licencia
They are very slow! There are no signs at all so you have to ask about 10 people because they are directing you with other people and modules.
very inefficient, rude and ... I ALREADY SAID INEFFICIENT? more than 1 hour for a simple license renewal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardados, poco eficientes, el examen de manejo en un estacionamiento a media cuadra mal hecho, con graba suelta y rocas, poco espacio. El personal de malas, el certificado de salud tiene una vigencia de 15 días lo cual es una tontería nadie cambia de tipo de sangre y la agudeza visual no cambia en 15 días. Si repruebas te recomiendan una semana para volverlo a practicar pero no te validan el certificado.
Delayed, inefficient, the driving test in a poorly done half-block parking lot, with loose tapes and rocks, little space. The bad staff, the health certificate is valid for 15 days which is silly no one changes blood type and visual acuity does not change in 15 days. If you fail they recommend a week to practice it again but they do not validate the certificate.
