Pero el proceso es completamente deficiente, mal planeado (o planeado para hacerte desistir) y sumamente reiterativo. Si lleves TODOS los papeles del auto y personales, tienes que alternar entre las filas de caja y revisión de documentos por lo menos en 3 ocasiones cada una (no menos de 90min solo en este paso), para despues ir a hacer tramites adyacentes en dos puntos opuestos de la ciudad (Col. Felix Ireta y Bicentenario). Si tienes todos los documentos, suerte y paciencia para terminar esta experiencia en un solo día, el proceso total dura entre 5 y 7 hrs. Very nice offices, friendly staff. But the process is completely flawed, poorly planned (or planned to make you give up), and extremely repetitive. If you bring ALL the car and personal papers, you have to alternate between the checkout rows and document review at least 3 times each (no less than 90min in this step alone), and then go to do adjacent procedures in two opposite points of the city (Col. Felix Ireta and Bicentennial). If you have all the documents, luck and patience to finish this experience in a single day, the total process lasts between 5 and 7 hours.
