Si bien la atención médica y de enfermería es muy buena. Mi caso fue que me robaron el teléfono celular, se supone que por tratarse de una empresa de salud seria uno espera este tipo de cosas no pasen, sin embargo no fue así. A final de cuentas es algo material pero importante durante la estancia por necesidad de comunicación. Si llegan a hospitalizarse con un celular de gama media- alta cuidenlo lo mucho!!

Su actitud es poco profesional a ciertos casos, a un familiar le robaron su celular, el personal de limpieza y las enfermeras dijeron no haber visto nada. El personal de atención a los clientes se comprometió dar seguimiento pero no hicieron nada y no asumieron su responsabilidad. Cuiden sus pertenencias si llegan a ir a este hospital.

En otorrinolaringologia es de pesima calidad el servicio para empezar no hay citas, te atienden como vas llegando de momento hay mucha gente en tan poco espacio sin medidas sanitarias almenos. Llevaron a mi sobrina por un golpe en su nariz y la dra la queria operar sin siquiera tener almenos una tomografia, afortunadamente la vio un especialista en puebla que hasta coraje le dio por todo lo que la dra ns dijo. De verdad es una lastima que personas que no tienen las posibilidades de pedir una segunda opinion tienen que confiar en este tipo de especialistas. Por cierto es la dra alcantara.

En esa clínica no tienen valores, se descuida uno y ya te robaron, yo no sé si los de limpieza, las enfermeras o quien, pero de que roban, roban. Mi hermano estuvo internado ahí y le robaron su celular, lo peor del caso es que nadie le dio solución. La atención médica es buena, pero al ser una institución privada, deberían invertir más en la contratación de buen personal.

Una bola de rateros aunque pidas la alta de tu paciente se tardan un buen en dartela y mientras te siguen cobrando el día entero aunque solo estés 3 horas esperando a que te entreguen a tu paciente (y eso es negocio de los cajeros )pague más de 40 mil por una noche y no requirió ningún medicamento en especial, solo oxígeno.

Pésima atención, me operaron hace unos años de la apéndice. Jamas se apareció el doctor que me opero, ya hasta que me dieron de alta, me dieron de alta en pésimas condiciones, deshidratada, con temperatura, recién operada. Fui a dar a Puebla, me tuvieron internada muy grave, a punto de tener una insuficiencia renal . En Puebla me dieron mi diagnóstico, que solo fue una infección y deshidratacion. Realmente no recomiendo esta clínica. Lamentablemente caes en manos equivocadas, doctores sin ética,.

Pésimo servicio!! El Dr. que me atendió es muy impuntual. El servicio de imagenologia por igual, además de que no te explican cómo es el proceso ni siquiera te dicen la hora de entrega de resultados. Tenemos que andar preguntando hasta lo que ellos deben de de informar. No sanitizan el consultorio cada que entra o sale paciente.

Pésima atención del área de Rayos X , de la recepcionista que es intocable y aunque trate mal a los pacientes nadie le pone un alto. Ganas de no regresar nunca ahí. Ojalá puedan contratar personas con el perfil correcto y que Sean empaticas. Es una pena tener que ir y que la señorita no de la información correcta y que sea prepotente.
