★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El polideportivo Mario Marín fue una obra hecha durante su mandato, dirigido a la comunidad en general de Izúcar de Matamoros, cuenta con bancas en gradas, para observar los juegos de baloncesto que se llevan a cabo los fines de semana (sábado y domingo), aunque también se llevan a cabo entrenamientos para niños, jóvenes y adultos en el resto de la semana.

Sin embargo con un poco de dedicación y esmero se logra acondicionar el espacio hasta que luzca mas viable. El espacio de los abuelitos, siempre limpio y ordenado, el auditorio en las mismas condiciones, existe además un espacio para que los trabajadores estacionen sus autos. Existe vigilancia. El espacio para deportes está regularmente vacío en horario de 9 -3 de la tarde y no se permite la entrada fuera de ese horario.
