★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an acrylic refill, wanted nail polish on top, but changed my mind as she obviously didn’t have any experience in shaping long pointy almond nails, though having shown pictures. Nevertheless, the place is very nice and thoughtful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No base or top coat to the mani and pedi. Also very basic. I had my eyelash lifting done there too. The kit they use looks very sketchy and my eyelashes don‘t look different to before apart from the color… wouldn‘t go there again and also not sure they are even certified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subpar service. I should have read the reviews for manicures and pedicures in advance. My manicure looks like a 5 year old did them. There wasn’t enough nail polish in the bottle leaving a clumped look on my nails. The technician didn’t seem to care much. Also they were fairly rough on my cuticles and left them tender in some places. The pedicure looks ok but the service was expensive for MX prices, bad nail technicians and I will never come back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The women who work there are really nice, but they aren't that skilled as nail techs. I got a manicure here twice because it's so close to where I live. Both times they kind of destroyed my nails. First of all they used a drill on a really intense setting to remove gel. This is not the way to remove gel and it burned. They basically power sanded the gel off, which was really damaging to my nails. Cuticle removal was aggressive and hurt for days after. My nails are still damaged from the drill. Not very many colors to choose from and no vitagel for nail health. Again they are really nice and the polish itself was okay, but they are super aggressive with the nails and do not seem to care about damaging them:( Gel should be removed with a gentle file and and alcohol soak, not a sanding drill turned up to 100.
