Una vez pedí 5 filetes grandes, vivo a 5 minutos y los pedí porque tienen servicio a domicilio sin costo en la zona.
¡Pues nunca me llegaron los filetes!
Hoy pedí de nuevo por las prisas y me tardaron 1 hr y media en mandarme el pedido. Tienen un pésimo servicio al cliente, conmigo ya van dos veces y el muchacho al que mandan le dije que porqué tardaban tanto, me dijo que los dueños apenas le habían mandado el pedido, cuando ya tenía 1 hr y media que lo había encargado.
Pierden más con su servicio asqueroso, no vuelvo.
Si marcan que tienen servicio a domicilio deberían de respetar, no que lleguen como flash, ¿pero 1 hr y media?
Es una pinch3 burla, no vuelvo a consumirles y pasaré la voz.
Terrible service!
Once I ordered 5 large steaks, I live 5 minutes away and I ordered them because they have free delivery in the area.
Well, I never got the steaks!
Today I ordered again because of the rush and it took me 1 hour and a half to send the order. They have a lousy customer service, they already go twice with me and the boy they send told him why they take so long, he told me that the owners had just sent him the order, when he had already ordered it for 1 hour and a half.
They lose more with their disgusting service, I will not return.
If they mark that they have home delivery they should respect, not that they arrive as a flash, but 1 hour and a half?
It's a joke pinch3, I will not consume them again and I will spread the word.
