★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debo hacer la anotación, de que mi reseña va en situación con la empresa y NO CON EL PRODUCTO, el pollo entregado y que vendían era de buena calidad, mi reseña va como arrendador de un local para la empresa, por 5 años tuvimos buena relación de trabajo, todo pequeñas altas y bajas, pero el ultimo año 2020, la empresa se desatendía de su responsabilidad con respecto a la renta, era necesario ir a buscarlos para recordarles del pago, pues de ellos no venia comunicación alguna, dirán, soy un arrendador exigente, pero en realidad lo único que pedía era transparencia, si tenían un problema podían decírmelo, es una carta que doy a todos los que les rento y puede verificarse, dada la pandemia, podía darme el lujo de ser flexible si así me lo pedían, cosa que no paso, hasta que hubo problemas para pagar, incluso desatendieron el recibo de luz por 4 meses, tengo todas las conversaciones guardadas y fechadas, por cualquier duda, si tienes una situación con la empresa, nunca te comunican con un gerente como es el caso de la sra Gumersinda, dueña de la empresa, te remiten a contadores sin nombre, y largas de que no les han aprobado el pago, o tienen otras 32 sucursales cuales atender, hasta la fecha me deben un adeudo de 1870, y me han bloqueado de WhatsApp, o negar trabajar para la empresa, yo hice contrato sencillo, donde cuidaba mi patrimonio y la relación de trabajo con ellos, cuando rompieron ese acuerdo, tuve que tomar la decisión e reclamar mi patrimonio y desalojar el local, sin antes previo notificarles de dicho desalojo, por favor si planean hacer negocios con la empresa, en experiencia propia, hagan un contrato, aunque sea de palabra, tomen todas las precauciones, y piénsenlo dos veces
