★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad he comprado este pollo por años, algo tienen que son muy ricos pero le veo lo siguiente, actualmente son muy caros y buscaron la forma de darle negocio a TODO lo que venden, ahora te venden las tortillas, las salsas, los totopos, etc, recuerdo antes que por cortesía dejaban un gran recipiente de salsa y totopos para aquellos que estuvieran esperando comieran un poco, pero supongo que ahora por la pandemia lo retiraron y será algo que no regresará en un tiempo.
De ahí en fuera el sabor, de los pollos bastante bien, las salsas han dejado de tener sabor y picor, sólo tienen consistencia, las tortillas son buenas pero no son las mejores, de las demás guarniciones ni opino por que nunca los he pedido.
Me parece que martes y jueves tienen promoción y algunas sucursales tienen servicio a domicilio.
En mi opinión deberían sacar más paquetes

From then on, the flavor of the chickens is quite good, the sauces have stopped having flavor and spiciness, they only have consistency, the tortillas are good but they are not the best, I don't even think about the other side dishes because I have never ordered them.
It seems to me that Tuesdays and Thursdays they have a promotion and some branches have home delivery.
In my opinion they should release more packages
