El sabor del pollo asado es único, nunca había probado un sabor igual en Guadalajara. Las guarniciones están bien servidas y riquísimas.
Las cervezas y caguamas de Carta Blanca le dan un toque especial.
I love all. The food is delicious, the service is fast, the place is very nice, prices are reasonable and it is well located.
The flavor of roasted chicken is unique, I had never tasted a similar flavor in Guadalajara. The side dishes are well served and delicious.
The beers and loggerheads from Carta Blanca give it a special touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found that place during my stay in Guadalajara. Food and chicken were very fresh and tasty. Staff was very nice and the atmosphere was great with full of local Mexicans.
I highly recommend that place especially if you are seeking authentic restaurants in Guadalajara.
