Pésimo servicio
It was good before, now the chicken is incomplete and for the price it doesn't seem fair that they give you a chicken like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se supone que cierran servicio 8 pm cierran puerta y niegan servicio desdé 7:35 diciendo que ya no tienen pollo ?
Terrible service, they are supposed to close service at 8 pm they close the door and deny service from 7:35 saying that they no longer have chicken ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de comprar en varias ocaciones es momento de dar mi opinión:
1. El servicio a domicilio es deficiente para empezar tardan bastante en atenderte posteriormente te dan un horario y no llegan a tiempo y cuando llegan no es el pedido que encargaste eso me sucedió en dos ocaciones.
2. Cuando pides el paquete de pollo y medio en ocaciones le falta una pieza y obvio uno no va estar contando pieza por pieza en el mostrador cuando lo compras lo que a mí parecer pierden credibilidad y confianza el medio pollo te lo dan de un día anterior.
3. La atención en la caja cuando vas hacer tu pedido deja mucho que desear por qué te atienden de mala gana al personal le falta tacto para tratar al cliente.
4. En cuanto al sabor es de regular a bueno.
Se los recomendaría pero tendrían que tener cuidado en esos aspectos.
After buying several times it is time to give my opinion:
1. The home delivery service is deficient to start, they take a long time to attend you later, they give you a schedule and they do not arrive on time and when they arrive it is not the order you ordered that happened to me on two occasions.
2. When you ask for the package of chicken and a half on occasions it is missing a piece and obviously one will not be counting piece by piece at the counter when you buy it, which to me seems to lose credibility and confidence, they give you half a day previous.
3. The attention at the checkout when you go to place your order leaves much to be desired because you are reluctantly treated by the staff who lack tact in dealing with the customer.
4. As for the taste, it is fair to good.
I would recommend them but they would have to be careful in those aspects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, antes atendían muy bien y el sabor del pollo muy bueno, ahora nada queda de eso, sale crudo, incompleto, y nada q ver el sabor, la atención igual pésima hoy fui a comprar y unas tipas q atienden estaban comiendo vieron q estaba esperando a q me atendieran y solo nos veían y seguian comiendo, no era solo yo era más personas esperando q atendieran y ellas como si nada, (eran dos señoras) y solo decían ahorita vamos, y ps ni atendieron así q mejor me fui a comprar a otra Rosticeria q está ubicada en Av Juarez frente a marines RECOMENDADO nada q ver la atención, y el sabor del pollo ojalá q estos comentarios sirvan de algo!!! ?
Terrible service, before they served very well and the taste of the chicken was very good, now nothing remains of that, it comes out raw, incomplete, and nothing to see the taste, the same terrible service today I went to buy and some women who were attending were eating they saw that I was waiting for them to attend me and they only saw us and continued eating, it was not only me, there were more people waiting for them to attend and they as if nothing had happened, (they were two ladies) and they only said right now, let's go, and ps they didn't even attend so I better went to buy from another Rosticeria that is located on Av Juarez in front of the marines RECOMMENDED nothing to see the attention, and the taste of the chicken hopefully these comments serve as something !!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pollo es muy bueno y los precios me parecen de hecho hice cuentas y si comía yo solo un pollo todos los días gastaría $75 en medio pollo y si cada comida te cuesta 60 saldría más barato comprar un pollo o solo medio diariamente
The chicken is very good and the prices seem to me, in fact I did the math and if I only ate one chicken every day I would spend $75 on half a chicken and if each meal costs 60 it would be cheaper to buy a chicken or just half a day
