I love Pollo Feliz. Great chicken, and you can watch them cook and cut it.

The chicken so tasty and fresh, in overall it was quick service. The price is according the food, I have visiting around of three times in three months this place and I have been receiving the same adequate food and service.

If I can give it a 0 I would. The place was not packed and yet we couldn't get seated for 25 minutes. Another 20 minutes to tell us that a waitress would be with us and then no one showed up. We went to the front desk and they said the waitress would be coming and again 25min and nothing. So more than an hour wait and no one in sight. we talked to the manager and he spoke down on us like if we were begging for food. It's sad to see this in Delicias, we just went for the memories and it turn out a disaster. Pollo guakala!

I don't like to give bad reviews to places I have visited but unfortunately sometimes it is necessary. I arrived with my girl and in-laws to this place, had to wait first like 10 minutes for someone to clean a table for us to sit. Then we sat there for 20 more minutes, waiters and waitresses walking around without anybody taking our order. When I finally went to the cashier and asked for the order myself, he said that if the food was to be eaten there, I had to wait at the table and call one of the waiters. One of the waitresses offered her service, I went to sit down again and waited for 15 more minutes without getting any service. Finally my girl and I went up to the same cashier, who repeated to us that such counter was only for food to go. We asked for the food to go, we wanted to get out already. And on top of that we had to wait for another 25 minutes to get the order and had to take it without one of the side dishes we ordered because waiting for it would've been another half an hour. I wouldn't recommend this place if you like fast and efficient service. The food was dry and flavorless, apart from everything I just wrote. I don't know why the service here is so awful, we have been to other Pollo Feliz restaurants (Puerto Vallarta, Ensenada) and the service there was always top of the line. This one in Delicias should be called Pollo Amargado or Pollo Infeliz
