★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, acudí aproximadente a las 3 de la tarde el lunes 29 de marzo y me mencionaron que no había pollo que debía esperar 20 minutos en lo que estaba listo. Espere 30 minutos afuera en mi auto, pasado ese tiempo bajó y preguntó si ya estaba listo y me vuelven a mencionar que esperara otros 20 minutos. Decidí irme, afuera durante ese tiempo 3 clientes se fueron y 2 estuvimos esperando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Los empleados muy sentados comiendo y se molestan porque uno llega a comer y de sienten interrumpidos. La guardia también en su propia mesa y se molestan. Parece que uno va a pedir limosna. Yo soy consumidora de los pollos feliz y las demás sucursales muy recomendables.... pero el de la Oaxaca pésimo servicio?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las veces que e comprado pollo allí para llevar, siempre me dan el pollo muy seco y muy quemado, quiero decir que en las otro locales del pollo feliz, dónde e comido no me sucede esto, pero aquí en este lugar no sé si los empleados no tienen cuidado con como cocinan el pollo o de plano les vale ma***, los clientes.
Espero que se pongan las pilas y cuiden bien el cocinado del pollo por qué comprar en pollo feliz realmente lo recomiendo.
