★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pollo de éste lugar en especial es muy rico y nada grasoso. La atención es muy buena y muy gentil. Por la pandemia les a afectado como a todos. Es triste ver que lugares como éste no tengan la misma cantidad de clientes, en cuanto a calidad es excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algo que me gusta de esta franquicia es que mantienen la receta de sus pollos al carbón, independientemente de la sucursal a la que vayas, ya he ido a varias sucursales y el sabor muy rico de sus pollos es el mismo. En lo particular, mis complementos favoritos son los totopos, la salsa roja y el puré de papa. En su menú tienen varias opciones de combos. En mi caso siempre he pedido para llevar y hasta el momento el sabor sigue sin igual. Incluso comparando el sabor de estos pollos al carbón versus los pollos rostizados, definitivamente recomiendo ampliamente estos del Pollo Feliz al carbón. Respecto al precio, el combo 1 por ejemplo, que incluye un pollo, tortillas, una bolsa pequeña de totopos y salsa, tiene un precio de $218 pesos mxn (en Abril de 2022).

Pareciera que los precios son elevados, pero las porciones son generosas y de excelente sabor y calidad.
Las costillas son de lo mejor, la salsa deberían venderla en botellas, porque está excelente.
Buena atención, servicio rápido para llevar.
