★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan sus promociones, hoy martes me negaron la promoción de "martes de medio pollo gratis (en la compra de un pollo)" que tienen exhibida sobre la caja, me dijeron que "ya no está vigente" aunque en las letras pequeñas no tiene ninguna vigencia o cláusula adicional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención por parte de las encargadas; lo malo fue que los pollos salieron crudos; finés de semana es algo común; al parecer ésto es siempre con el pollo.
Good attention from the managers; the bad thing was that the chickens came out raw; weekends is common; apparently this is always with the chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace poco pase a comer ahí el pollo esta bien esta bueno pero las salsas son muy poco tienes que estar pidiendo más y más ya que los platitos están pequeños.
Aparte la atención al cliente es algo tardado para cualquier cosa le pides un poco más de ensalda literal tienes que detenerte de comer porque tarda bastante.
Una vez te entregan tu platillo tienes casi que levantarte para pedir algo porque el personal ya no te prestara atención si no le hablas fuerte o te levantas
De 10 un 7 de bien el local solo por la atención tardada
I recently went to eat there, the chicken is good, it's good, but the sauces are very little, you have to be asking for more and more since the plates are small.
Apart from that, customer service is a bit slow for anything you ask for a little more than literal praise you have to stop eating because it takes a long time.
Once your plate is delivered, you almost have to get up to ask for something because the staff will no longer pay attention to you if you don't speak loudly or get up.
Out of 10 a 7 of good the place just because of the delayed attention
