★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta personal en esa sucursal. El sabor es muy rico, lamentablemente el lugar se ve sucio lo que no da un aspecto muy bueno ojala que pongan mas empeño en ello.

The branch is very dirty inside and out, they were mopping and the smell of the climber very bad, I always buy in happy chicken but this time if I disappoint. More attention to the franchise owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar esta súper sucio, los empleados están más mugrosos que nada. El pollo siempre le falta cocción, la música esta muy fuerte y todo esta desordenado. Creo que a la marca le hace falta poner más atención y no solo olvidar sus franquicias. Es la primera vez que los visito (No soy un cliente frecuente de la marca) pero las veces que compro en esos lugares mi experiencia es más insípida, que el sabor de sus pollos. Tuve que cancelar mi pedido porque se tardaron más de 20 min y solo me decían que ya iba a salir mi pollo y nada de nada. Y el empleado que tienen (uno flaco) no me quiso respetar mi promoción de las flautas en la compra de 1 pollo y medio cuando compre 2. No vuelo o a regresar a comprar ahí. Súper chafa!!!!
The place is super dirty, the employees are dirtier than anything. The chicken always lacks cooking, the music is very strong and everything is messy. I think the brand needs to pay more attention and not just forget its franchises. It is the first time I visit them (I am not a frequent customer of the brand) but the times I buy in those places my experience is more tasteless, than the taste of their chickens. I had to cancel my order because it took more than 20 min and they just told me that my chicken was going to come out and nothing at all. And the employee that they have (a thin one) didn't want to respect my promotion of flutes when buying 1 and a half chicken when I bought 2. I don't fly or go back to buy there. Super chafa !!!!
