Terrible service in any chicken in this chain I have had so much trouble for almost 1 hour for a chicken the girl answered me wrongly I asked for my cash back and that it cannot be recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a esta sucursal a comprar "10 taquitos de pollo" me hicieron esperar más de 30 minutos que por que los preparan en el momento...al intentar comerlos nos dimos cuenta que se les olvidó un pequeño detalle....NO TENIAN POLLO era solo tortilla dorada por no decir quemada bañada en aceite.
Anteriormente íbamos a comprar pollo muy seguido, pero ya van varias ocasiones que nos topamos con este tipo de detalles, pésimo servicio y la calidad de los alimentos ha bajado mucho.
Cada vez que los pueda recomendar negativamente lo haré.

Today I went to this branch to buy "10 chicken tacos" they made me wait more than 30 minutes because they prepare them at the moment ... when we tried to eat them we realized that they forgot a small detail .... THEY DIDN'T HAVE POLLO was just a golden tortilla, not to mention burnt, bathed in oil.
Previously, we went to buy chicken very often, but several times we have come across this type of detail, terrible service and the quality of the food has dropped a lot.
Every time I can recommend them negatively, I will.
